A credit card will be taken to reserve all scheduled spa services.

We are delighted to confirm a time especially for you; therefore, a 24-hour cancellation is required, failure to cancel your appointment will result in a 50% charge to your credit card.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes in advance of an appointment to ensure a relaxing experience, to fill out any necessary information, and change into appropriate clothing (if necessary) for your services.

Arriving late for an appointment, salon or spa may require us to shorten the length of your service or reschedule your appointment.

We offer customized gift cards for any service. Gift cards may only be redeemed for services or products. No cash or charge refunds will be given. We cannot transfer spa gift certificates for salon services or salon gift certificates for spa services.

**Monetary gift certificates are recommended verses choosing a specific spa service which only allows you to use services selected. If a money amount is selected you may use the gift certificate in our salon or spa and also on retail products.
